Description:

This ceremony is limited to 12 spots. It is a ceremonial-style somatic experience which incorporates opening and closing shares. Cacao drink is offered and allows us to deepen our connection to our heart space. Tuning forks may be used within the room and on participants to support alignment of heart frequencies. Crystal bowls and other instruments connect and relax participants into a softer and calmer state, closing the ceremony with a sweet, heartfelt vibe to carry home.

Together, we create a gentle container to slow down, soften the nervous system, and discover and slowly release what has been carried so we may expand our capacity to be present. The experience includes intention sharing, breath, gentle somatic exploration of the heart chakra, tuning forks, and journaling time and integration sharing. This experience offers a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and renew your inner resources.

Please bring:
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask (anything cozy to support you), journal and pen.

Please bring and intention to share in opening circle and a small item to place on the altar (you will take it home with you after the ceremony)
